César Valenzuela specializes in social research, strategic planning and impact assessment of development projects and programs and is an international expert in the in the financial inclusion field. He is a founding partner of ESPIRÁLICA Research & Strategic Consulting, which he directs and represents since 2004. He has extensive experience in the use of qualitative and quantitative methodologies and has taught research courses in various Latin American countries. He began his academic activity on 2004 teaching classes in research methodology and advanced research methods at master and doctorate levels. He has lectured on world research conferences and on regional forums specialized in development issues. He has published articles on issues of financial inclusion, gender, migration, microfinance, entrepreneurship, among others.
